You can start by contacting us through the form, email, or WhatsApp. We’ll schedule an initial meeting to understand your needs, define goals, and provide a customized proposal.
Do you work with contracts?
Yes. For your safety and ours, all projects are formalized through a digital contract signed via DocuSign.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is divided into two stages: an initial 50% deposit, and 50% upon project delivery.
How do we communicate during the project?
We keep communication simple and efficient through email, WhatsApp, and video calls when necessary. You’ll be informed of each step, questions, etc.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the complexity and the type of project. We always define the timeline in the proposal and keep you updated throughout the process.
Can I use the final material on my website, social media, and presentations?
Yes, all approved and delivered materials can be used for commercial and institutional purposes as defined in the contract.
What file format will the project be delivered in?
The delivered file format will be .MP4 for videos and .JPG or .PNG for images.
What screen resolution will the video (.MP4) and images (.JPG, .PNG) be delivered in?
The .MP4, .JPG, and .PNG files can be delivered in 1280×720 or 1920×1080 pixels. If you require a different resolution, feel free to ask us.
Do I need to provide any files or documents for the project development?
Yes. For most projects, we typically require .DWG or .RVT files in 2D or 3D formats (AutoCAD and Revit). For infrastructure and engineering projects—such as machinery and equipment—we may require .OBJ files, depending on the case.
Other file formats are subject to technical evaluation.
